How to manage Group Admins from your subscription page

How to purchase Group Admins

  • Log in to your business account
  • Go to your subscription page
  • Click on ‘Purchase Group Admin’ on the Group Admin section of the page
  • A popup will show you the number of Group Admins you already have on your account
  • Select the number of additional Group Admins you want to purchase and click on ‘Purchase’


How to Invite Group Admins

  • Log in to your business account
  • Go to your subscription page
  • Click on the ‘Invite’ button and enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite
  • They will be emailed a link to inform them of your invitation and prompt them to create their own Umeand account


Note: Every Group Admin will have his or her own separate account. Group Admins can’t access billing information, unless the Account Owner gives them permission.


How to Delete a Group Admin

  • - Log in to your business account
  • - Go to your subscription page
  • - On the Group Admin section, click on the ‘delete’ icon next on the name of the colleague you would like to delete
  • - The colleague will receive an email notification to inform them that their account has been deleted
  • - If a Group Admin deletes their own account, the Account Owner will be informed


How to check the Status of a Group Admin Invitation

  • Log in to your business account
  • Go to your subscription page
  • Go to the Group Admin section on the page
  • Under ‘action’ if you see the person icon this means the Group Admin has accepted your invitation
  • If you see the notification icon this means the invitation has not been accepted
  • Click the notification icon and they will receive a reminder email


Note: If you have invited a Group Admin but since changed your mind, you can either wait for the colleague you invited to accept, and then delete them as Group Admin, or send an invitation to the colleague you want as Group Admin instead. When you reach the total number of Group Admins purchased for your account, no pending invitations can be accepted.


How to give a Group Admin access to billing information

The Account Owner can assign a Group Admin as an Account Admin, which gives them access to the company dashboard and billing activities. To assign a Group Admin as an Account Admin:

  • Log in to your business account
  • Go to your subscription page
  • On the Group Admin section, select the team member you want to promote to Account Admin
  • Assign the permission level you want them to have and click update
  • We’ll email the Group Admin to let them know. Once they have accepted the new permission level, they will be able to access the permitted data from their own Umeand account
