How to share your poll links with Colleagues, Meeting Group or External Clients

- Log in to your account
- After scheduling your meeting


To share with a Meeting Group

  • On ‘Share Poll Link’ click ‘Meeting Group’
  • Tick the name of the Meeting Group you want to share your poll link with and click send
  • All members in your group will receive an email notification to share their vote


To share with Team Members

  • Click on ‘Email’
  • Click on ‘Select Members’
  • Tick the names of the colleagues you want to share the poll link with and click send
  • These colleagues will receive an email notification to vote in the poll


To share with External Clients

  • Click on ‘Email’ and add the email address of the people you want to share your poll link with.
  • They will receive an email notification to vote for their preferred dates and times
